"Worth it for the price"
Overall, I’m glad I bought it. For the price, it’s been useful and has saved me a decent amount of time. It’s not perfect, and there are a few things that could be better, but I still feel like I got my money’s worth.
"Setup only took a few minutes overall..."
Setup only took a few minutes overall. The email verification step felt a bit slow, though I’m not totally sure if that was on their end or just my inbox being delayed. Other than that, it was smooth.

"I connected my Instagram in, I don’t..."
I connected my Instagram in, I don’t know, maybe a minute? Super quick. The posts went out the way they were supposed to, which is really all I needed. I also like not having to keep checking my phone all the time to make sure things posted. So far it’s been simple and I haven’t really run into any big issues.

"Took a while to get things sorted"
I had an issue with my account and, to be fair, support did get back to me, so it wasn’t like I was being ignored. But the whole thing felt a bit back and forth, and I kept having to repeat myself or ask the same question in different ways. They did eventually fix it, which I appreciated, but I never really got a clear explanation of what happened. Overall, not a terrible experience, just frustrating because I needed the tool working and it took longer than I expected

"The calendar view is kind of a mess"
The calendar view just doesn’t work right for me. The days don’t load properly, and it gets confusing fast.

"Just felt really smooth to use"
I used it on my laptop and it just felt good right away. Everything was clear, pages loaded fast, and I didn’t run into any weird lag or confusing stuff. Hard to explain, but it just worked the way I hoped it would.

"I mostly use GRUM for managing hashtags..."
I mostly use GRUM for managing hashtags, and it does save me some time. The hashtag groups are easy to organize, which is probably the best part for me. That said, the suggestions can get repetitive and sometimes don’t really match what I’m posting. It works fine overall, but for the price, some of the hassle feels avoidable.

"Honestly felt relieved after trying it"
I’ve been using grum.co for a little while now, and I was relieved to see that it feels secure. The login alerts and account settings are easy enough to understand, and so far I haven’t noticed anything strange with my data or access. I was a little unsure at first, so it’s nice to feel like things are being handled properly. I do wish they explained some of the security details more clearly upfront, though. Overall, I feel safe using it, just not quite enough to give it 5 stars yet.

"Costs too much for what you get"
I signed up thinking it would be a fair deal, but the limits on the plan kicked in fast. Because of that, it felt like I had to pay more just to use it the way I expected. For the price, it didn’t feel worth it to me, so I cancelled quickly

"Managing multiple accounts can get confusing"
I use a few different accounts, grum made that more stressful than I expected. Switching between profiles feels slow, and I’ve had posts end up on the wrong account, which is not a fun thing to deal with. If you’re only using one profile, it might be fine, but for anyone juggling multiple accounts, I’d say be really careful and double-check everything before posting.

"Pretty good, but the automation gets flaky sometimes"
I’ve been using it for a bit, and it works fine most days. But every now and then the automation is just weird, weird enough that posts either fail or go out late without much of a heads-up. Support did help me one time, which I appreciated, but I still find myself checking things manually now just to be safe. It’s an okay tool overall, just not something I fully trust yet.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
It was simple enough to get the hang of, though a few parts still took me a bit to figure out. Nothing too frustrating, just not totally obvious at first. Overall, it does the job well.

"Posts go out when they’re supposed to"
I’ve been using GRUM to schedule posts, it’s been reliable in the way you’d hope a tool like this would be. I set the time, and the post goes out at that time. No weird delays or surprises so far.
I had one post that needed to go live early in the morning, and it posted right on schedule. It’s not asking for much to expect something to do what it says it will do, but I appreciate when it actually happens.

"Clear uploads, just takes a minute"
The photo uploads come through clear most of the time, which is great when I’m saving stuff like receipts or email screenshots. It can be a little slow here and there, but overall it does what I need.

"Free trial was genuinely worth it"
I signed up for the grum.co free trial mostly to test whether it would actually save me time with posting, it absolutely did. Like, no question, I could tell quickly it was going to make things easier.
Getting set up was super straightforward, and I had posts scheduled without sitting there trying to figure out a million settings. It wasn’t confusing at all — it just worked, which is basically all I wanted.
I haven’t even gone through every feature yet, but so far I’m definitely impressed. It feels reliable, simple, and useful, and I’m pretty much convinced the trial was worth trying.

"pretty inconsistent for me"
some days it runs fine, then the next day it gets slow or just hangs. it started getting annoying quickly because i never knew what to expect. not reliable enough for me.
"Pausing is actually easy"
I really like that I can pause or change my plan whenever I need to without dealing with a bunch of hassle. making customers jump through hoops for something like that is totally preventable, so it’s nice that this is simple.

"I gave grum.co a try because I..."
I gave grum.co a try because I was hoping it would make posting less of a chore, but it ended up being hit or miss for me. Getting started wasn’t too difficult, but I still found myself checking things over more than I expected, which kind of defeated the purpose.
Some parts worked okay, so not saying it’s a scam, but it just didn’t really save me the time I thought it would. For what it costs, I was hoping for a smoother experience. It’s not awful, just not something I’d personally keep using...

"Way Too Many Basics Missing"
I tried grum.co thinking it would at least handle the basic stuff, but it felt incomplete almost immediately. There were several features I was 100% sure would be included, and they just weren’t there. I kept bumping into little limits that made using it way more annoying than it needed to be.
Maybe it’s fine if you’re posting the simplest thing imaginable, but for anything even slightly beyond that, I can say with absolute confidence it’s not enough. I tested it, got frustrated, and cancelled. No doubt in my mind that it wasn’t the right tool for me...

"Preview didn’t match at all"
The final post looked nothing like the preview, which was really frustrating. I’m careful about what I spend, so it felt especially annoying to pay for something and then not get what I thought I was getting.
